Fusion 360 is a versatile tool that’s available FREE to hobbyists, small businesses, and qualified Students/Educators. Great for creating digital models, preparing your designs for CNC, or just to quickly sketch out your ideas (minus the scribble lines!)
You can download Fusion 360 directly from Autodesk with a 30-day trial, Autodesk.com/Fusion360. If you have a second screen setup, you could follow along!
We’ll be going over the basics of the software, common uses, and creating a simple structure that can be 3D printed, or prepared for CNC milling.
The class will be hosted online via Zoom, and you can sign up at the Meetup link! Meetup.com/solidstatedepot.
Jacob, the class host, created TeaFueledDesign.com and is passionate about good design, quality, woodwork, and sharing skills to help others become more self-sufficient as DIYers and Makers.
The class/session shouldn’t run more than 90 minutes, however, the goal is to be done in an hour and have room for some questions and tips at the end!
What’s your aim from this session? Drop a comment or reach out on Social Media to let SSD and Jacob know!
